The wording of the text message will be constructed by Homerton Trust.
1. iPLATO Healthcare will send a text message to all consenting patients registered at practices across City and Hackney with the latest updates on mental health directed by Homerton Trust.
2. Data will be retrieved via a secure connection to each practice’s clinical system.
Clients need to be informed on how to opt out as the message is from ‘NHS-NoReply’.
If there are concerns about opting out of all messaging, the client should be advised that they won’t receive another message for the duration of the project.
