We acknowledge that NEL CSU acts as a data processor for the remote extraction of NHS Numbers of women that meet the criteria for the Cervical Screening Programme using EMIS Enterprise Search & Reporting. NEL CSU will submit NHS numbers and GP Practice codes only to iPLATO securely; once complete this will be deleted.

As an existing iPLATO customer, all Terms & Conditions previously agreed to these services remain the same. This programme is an extension of existing iPLATO services and I acknowledge the additional Data Processing Agreement
